Sea Creatures Diving runs its daily trips on a custom-built speedboat instead of a wooden phinisi, which cuts the run to most sites to about 45 minutes. Boats leave the dock at 8:00 and are usually back between 2:30 and 4pm, so you are not up before dawn and still have the afternoon free.
A day of three dives costs USD 175 (IDR 2,900,000) and includes rental gear, nitrox for certified divers, hotel transfers, lunch and warm towels after each dive. Groups are capped at four divers per guide. Packages run from three days and nine dives (USD 510) up to ten days, and night dives go out on Wednesdays and Fridays. Courses cover Discover Scuba Diving, Open Water (USD 520), Advanced, Rescue and Nitrox.
The shop is a PADI Eco Center with Green Fins Silver certification, and it adopts Bidadari as a site for regular clean-up dives. The Copper Bonnet Bistro is in the same building. It suits divers who want shorter boat rides and a relaxed start. Book by WhatsApp or through the website.
Boats and rooms sell out from June to September. Message the operator early.
