Amare Divers

Amare Divers is a newer SSI centre on Jl. Soekarno Hatta, set up by co-founders who have run dives in Indonesia for over a decade. It runs its own day boat, guides and kitchen, and for the 2026 season it replaced its boat and all of its rental equipment.

Groups are capped at four divers per guide, and reviews regularly mention dives of 60 minutes or more and guides who match divers by experience. Day trips cover central and north Komodo sites such as Batu Bolong and the manta cleaning stations. First-timers can try diving without a licence on a two-dive day, and SSI courses run from Open Water to specialties, including coral restoration training.

For longer trips, the liveaboard Maria Seascape runs 2-, 3- and 4-day routes with up to 13 dives and a maximum of 10 guests. It suits divers who want newer kit and small groups. Bookings are handled on WhatsApp.
