The Seraya is the second resort on Seraya Kecil island, on its north coast with a 200-metre private beach shaded by tamarind trees. Bamboo bungalows sit right on the beach or in hillside gardens behind, in three categories: absolute beachfront, family beachfront and canopy or hillside garden rooms.

The resort deliberately has no TVs or WiFi in rooms, and is built for low impact. The Bamboo Manta restaurant, a striking bamboo structure, is the centrepiece, and there is a bar, the Seraya Retreat spa and a café at the transit point in town. Guests snorkel and kayak on the house reef, and the resort runs overnight Komodo trips on its own liveaboard, Dalliance, plus a speedboat. Recent guests in 2026 praise the service and the spa after snorkelling.

It suits families and couples who want a digital detox on a beautiful beach. Book through the resort's booking page or by WhatsApp; transfers from Labuan Bajo are arranged on booking.

Boats and rooms sell out from June to September. Message the operator early.
