Angel Island Eco Resort

Angel Island Eco Resort is the only property on Pulau Bidadari, a small island about 30 minutes by boat west of Labuan Bajo on the edge of the national park. There are ten hand-built cottages set in hibiscus gardens behind three white-sand beaches, each with air conditioning, hot water, open-air bathrooms, a pod espresso machine and free WiFi.

The island runs its own desalination plant and grey-water reed beds. Snorkelling gear and kayaks with life jackets are free, and the reef just off the beach is good for turtles and reef fish. There is no dive centre, but a partner can collect divers from the island. Breakfast is included; lunch and dinner are à la carte. The 2025 rate for a deluxe cottage for two was IDR 4,692,500 a night, with a two-night minimum. Free boat transfers leave the KP3 harbour at 11.30 and 14.00.
