The Seven Seas is a 40 m traditionally built Buginese schooner that has long been one of Indonesia's better-known dive liveaboards. She takes up to 16 guests in cabins across three decks, carries three speedboats and satellite communications, and is equipped with good rental dive gear.

Komodo trips include a standard national park itinerary and a Komodo Deep South route that focuses on the colder, plankton-rich southern sites. The boat also runs family cruises and sails to Sumbawa, East of Flores and Alor, Raja Ampat, the Banda Sea and Triton Bay at other times of year, and can be chartered privately.

Best for experienced divers who want strong guiding and a comfortable classic boat. The pricing and schedule page lists departures; book by WhatsApp. Komodo season on the boat generally falls in the dry months, roughly April to October, so plan around the schedule. Ask whether nitrox, park fees and port fees are included.

Boats and rooms sell out from June to September. Message the operator early.
