Speed Boat Bajo runs shared and private speedboat trips from Labuan Bajo under licence from PT Pesona Komodo Wisata. Its fleet covers most group sizes: small 8-seat boats such as MK3, Zikita and Amankila, the 15-seat Elrora, the 20-seat Pinguin 04 and the 23-seat Sea Zaydan, plus cheaper non-air-conditioned boats.
The shared one-day trip visits Padar, Pink Beach, Komodo or Rinca, Taka Makassar, Manta Point and Kanawa from IDR 1,200,000 per person. A half-day sunset trip to Kelor, Manjarite and Kalong for the flying foxes starts at Rp 1,050,000. Private boats start at Rp 7,500,000 for the whole boat and run to Rp 17,500,000 for the largest. Hotel transfers, a lunch box, water, snacks, coffee, snorkel gear and lifejackets are included, with park fees extra.
