Sea Safari Cruises runs three traditional vessels: Cheng Ho, renovated in 2025 with 14 cabins for 26 guests, Sea Safari VI with nine cabins for 18, and Sea Safari 8. The boats carry both divers and non-divers, which makes them a practical choice for mixed groups.
Komodo National Park trips depart from Labuan Bajo and combine diving or snorkelling with treks to see the dragons and beach stops. The company also sails to Raja Ampat, the Banda Sea, Ambon, Alor, Sumbawa, South Halmahera and Morotai. Recent reviews mention spacious, clean cabins, good food and a well-maintained boat.
Schedules and prices are on the website, and the team answers on WhatsApp. Crew tips are suggested at around USD 25 per guest per day. Komodo departures are concentrated in the dry season, roughly April to November, so check the schedule page first. Park entrance fees and crew tips are usually extra. Arrive in Labuan Bajo a day early to allow for flight delays.
Boats and rooms sell out from June to September. Message the operator early.
