Komodo Suites Downtown, managed by CPM Bali, is a newer hotel on Jalan Mutiara in the heart of Labuan Bajo, within walking distance of the harbour, Wae Rana beach and plenty of small restaurants and minimarts. It is one of the few mid-range hotels in the centre with a lift.

Rooms are large and light, with white walls, timber furniture, air conditioning, private bathrooms and free WiFi, and some have balconies looking towards the bay. There is a 24-hour front desk, daily housekeeping and luggage storage, which is useful if you are leaving bags while away on a liveaboard. It rates around 9.0 on Trip.com from over 160 reviews, and guests in October 2026 praised the friendly service, very clean rooms and location.
