Bayview Gardens Hotel

Bayview Gardens climbs a steep green hillside on Jalan Ande Bole, about ten minutes' walk above Plaza Marina and the port. The rooms and villas, with dark pitched roofs and private terraces, are stepped down the slope so most look straight out over Labuan Bajo bay and the islands of the national park.

The infinity pool sits on a terrace facing west, and breakfast can be brought to your room. Recent guests in September and October 2026 single out the view, the pool and the breakfasts; a few found the air conditioning less than chilly. The hill is steep, so expect stairs between the rooms and reception, and it is not ideal for anyone with limited mobility.

It is a good choice for couples who want a quiet, view-focused stay that is still close to the harbour restaurants. The hotel also acts as a public viewpoint, so there can be visitors at sunset. Book through the main booking sites or by phone.
