Augustine Phinisi

Augustine is a four-cabin phinisi sailing out of Labuan Bajo, run by a family company that says it has completed more than 300 trips since 2020. The boat is chartered privately, so the route and pace are set around your group.

Trips are built for families. Alongside Padar, Pink Beach, the dragons and snorkelling, the crew run coral monitoring with children, movie nights on deck and visits to Papagarang, a Bajo fishing village where guests can donate books to the school library. Longer routes go to Sumbawa for whale sharks. There is a floating trampoline, paddle boards and snorkelling kit on board.
