Archipelago Reserve

Archipelago Reserve runs dive voyages on Sundari, a 34 m phinisi built in Bira, Bulukumba, in 2024 and launched in 2025. The owners say one of the directors joins every departure, and diver numbers are kept small with an underwater photographer on board, which helps in Komodo's strong currents.

The 4D3N trip packs in up to 11 dives at sites such as Batu Bolong, Castle Rock and Shotgun, and still includes the Padar hike, Pink Beach and the dragons. Every trip includes an underwater or beach clean-up, and one percent of each booking goes to local community and ocean projects through its 1% Matter Program.
