Alexandria Cruise runs speedboat day trips from Labuan Bajo, including its red boat Red Alexandria. It is known for some of the earliest departures in town: pickup is about 05:20 and the boat leaves before 06:00, reaching Padar at around 06:50, often ahead of every other day boat.
The shared trip carries up to 16 guests and visits Padar, Pink Beach, Komodo Island, Taka Makassar, Manta Point and Kanawa, with lunch on Komodo Island. The private charter takes up to 10 guests over about 11 hours and lets you change the order of stops or the start time, which is handy if you have an afternoon flight.
